Our vacuum tray dryer have the capacity of 6 upto 96 trays hollow pad type heating shelves which are easily removable for maintenance

Contact parts made of stainless steel 304/ 316/ 316L CGMP or mild steel externals (vapor and product contact parts).
Condenser and condensate receiver is specifically fitted on the dryer body or stand alone for remote installation.
Vacuum tray dryer mounting through the wall is ensured through fully welded skirt on vacuum dryer body.
Stainless steel or mild steel powder coated protective panels for external insulation of dryer.
Fluid heating and circulating systems are configured in these dryers. These can be steam or electrically heated. Moreover, these systems are available for water as well as thermic fluid. (for temperature requirements above 95 ° C).
Validation ports and nitrogen purge nozzles are also provided with these dryers.
Steam sterilized models are also available.
Double door loading facility for larger models.

Our pure steam generator has the capacity ranging from 50-100-200 to 300 Kg/Hr. They are used for producing pure pyrogen free sterile steam.
