  • Features

  • These machines have PLC based control panel with colour graphics and touch screen display. The SCADA SYSTEM can also be provided, with these machines on demand.
  • Machines are configured with CIP & SIP facility.
  • Complete cleaning facility and the two spray nozzles ensure thorough cleaning without dead spots or shadow areas.
  • Load Cell are provided for online weighing.
  • The transfer of the material is done under vacuum, to avoid hand touch & contamination.
  • Pressure and vacuum tight mixing vessel are configured with these machines.
  • Glass illumination for inspection.
  • The batch size determines circulation through the whole vessel or just the lower section.

  • Configured with angular mounted bottom homogenizer, with electronic water detection sensor for safety of the seal. These have variable speed drive for rotar assembly.
  • Complete lid lifting arrangement facilitates cleaning and product change over. It is interlocked with safety device so that anchor stirrer starts only when lid closed.
  • Mixing and dispersing quality is adjustable.
  • Lower maintenance required.
  • Specially designed inline filters are configured in these machines for proper filtration.
  • The transfer (lobe) pump is especially provided to transfer ready product from main manufacturing vessel for storage or for recirculation.
  • Configured with digital metering pump for transferring exact volume of cream from storage vessel to hopper of tube filling (packaging) machine.

  • Features

  • Contact parts made of SS 316 / SS 316 L quality material that conforms to cGMP norms.
  • Auto feeding and positioning of tubes are provided with 'I' Mark Sensing Device.
  • Filling nozzles are connected to pneumatic string cutter system for control of tailing. (unique rat-tail cut off system for drip less filling, or SUCK BACK Mechanism can also be optionally provided).
  • The filling operations in the machine are based on diving principle, which avoids air entrapment during filling. Easy volume arrangement is provided in the syringe.
  • Batch coding arrangement (male or female type) is also provided.
  • "No Tube No Fill" device prevents dosing action if the tube is not present and the machine operates continually. This device helps in avoiding damage, in case the tube is not ejected at ejection station, then machine stops automatically.
  • Automatic ejection device is also provided to eject tube for cartooning process.
  • The machine structure is mounted on heavy -duty dampening pads to sustain vibration. Moreover, there is no need of foundation.
  • For Plastic / Lami tubes: hot-air sealing with leister (Swiss make Heater) is also optionally provided.
  • For Aluminium tubes: Reverse / Saddle fold or 'M' Fold are optionally provided
