Tablet Coating Pan

Our coating pans are configured with the gear box, motor, and hot air blowers. It is made of mild steel or stainless steel material, in case of GMP models.

Features

Diameter stainless steel pans : 12, 24, 36, 42, 48, 60, 72 inches.
Contact parts made of stainless steel 304/ 316.
This pan is mounted on dynamounts to avoid foundations.
Heaters interlocked with the blower fan.
Heaters interlocked with the blower fan.
Spray system with pressure tank and spray gun is available.
Peristaltic pump is configured in these pans for metered dozing.
Exhaust blower in these pans is provided as optional device.

Tablet Inspection Machine

These machine are configured with Endless Nylon Conveyor Belt, which is driven by a variable speed motor. These machines are especially designed to offer for inspection the front and Reverse of a Tablet.

Features

Tablets to be inspected are filled in the hopper and are automatically placed on conveyor belt by a vibrator.
An operator inspects the 'Front' of the tablet at one end of the belt, and at the other end, the second operator inspects the 'Reverse' side.

Double Cone Blender

Double Cone Blender is especially used for mixing dry powder and granulates, homogeneously. The precision and contact parts of these blenders are made of stainless steel. Fill two thirds volume of the Cone Blenders to ensure proper mixing takes place. These blenders can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic Products.

Features

Conical shape, at both ends, ensures uniform mixing and easy discharge.
The cone is balanced in the blender to avoid excessive load on gear box and motor.
Powder can be loaded into the cone through a wider opening and it can be discharged through a mucon valve or a slide valve.
Paddle type baffles can be provided on the shaft for better mixing and depending upon the product requirement.
Maximum care is taken to ensure safe operations of the unit. These blenders can also be operated by a timer.
The precision & contact parts are either made of SS 304 or 316
Flame proof motor can also be supplied, as optional device
Capacity: Between 10 Ltrs. to 5000 Ltrs.

Rapid Mixer Granulator

Our rapid mixer granulator is available in capacity ranging from 10 Liters to 1200 Liters. These are configured with certain basic equipment and the complete machine base is covered with SS flush type panels.

Features

The basic equipment consists of powder making machinery base covered all around by SS flush type panels.
The machine frame is provided with a sturdy SS staircases & railings.
RMG Blow with pneumatically open able lid is provided over the machine structure.
Configured with two mixing blades.
Material to be mixed are whirled and tumbled close to the bottom of RMG blow with the help of the chopper blades.
Lump formation is prevented with the help of chopper tool.
These mixers ensure highly efficient, fast & homogeneous mixing

Tippler

Our tipplers have rack and pinion arrangement for tilting with a single point pivot to ensure GMP with ease of operations

Features

Motion in all three dimensions is ensured with the 360 ° swiveling of vertical mast with vertical lift and tippling.
Hydraulic power pack can be mounted over the mezzanine floor, due to which the column of tipper acts as a pendent.
Hydraulic lines along with electric cables can travel above the working tippler through the hollow pivot shaft.
Glass window is provided on the conical tapering portion of the tipper, which act like a view window.
